Here at UPB, we pride ourselves as masters of embossing.  We work closely with our embossing die suppliers to build the finest tools money can buy.  But good tooling is only half the battle . . . true XY axis camera registration and up to 500 tons of pressure is the other half.  Our new Bobst 106 can register perfectly to the printed area and put down massive tonnage to achieve in-register, deep embossing.  Our customers know this so they’ve entrusted us with very intricate embossing pattern projects that can be up to 50% of the box.
