FOLDING CARTON

Folding cartons are the most widely used as well as the most economical packaging available. High quality full color printed directly on folding cartons creates dramatic packaging which can also be enhanced by specialty coatings, foil stamping, windows, & embossing.

Utilizing a digital, direct-to-plate technology in the manufacturing of folding cartons produces printing that is exceptionally clean and true-to-life. Press checks are often accomplished in a matter of minutes, not the hours they often took in the past. What is seen in a contract proof is what actually rolls off the press. Additionally, all post-press folding carton operations such as stamping and windowing are done on the premises to ensure quality, economy and faster delivery. Economical in higher quantities, folding cartons have the additional benefit of being inexpensive to ship and store because of their flat, knocked-down state.

With over 1500 tons of paperboard on the floor, most folding carton jobs can be run quickly using stock on hand. Calipers ranging from .010 through .030 are held in inventory enabling quick production cycles of small, medium or large folding cartons.
