RIGID BOXRigid box production traces its roots to the 19th century. The longevity of this production method attests to its popularity, rigid boxes remain an important packaging option. When your product deserves to be showcased, a rigid box—the crème de la crème—may be your choice. Because they are sturdy, easy to open and close, great for storage, require no setup and incorporate high-end graphics on fine paper, rigid boxes are frequently used for confectionery, delicacies, and other distinguished products. "Loose-wrapping", a rigid box results in a gift-wrapped appearance, a look often chosen by those selling high-end, specialty products. Long after the product is removed or consumed (most chocolate sold in our packaging is quickly devoured!) a rigid box is frequently saved or displayed becoming a keepsake. We maintain a large inventory of stock papers, offering this selection to our customers, in addition to a myriad of papers available by special order. To provide premium quality, UPB completes all rigid box printing internally on sophisticated, technologically advanced presses. Hot foil stamping and embossing are also done in-house.
