STAMPING

Horsepower sums up UPB’s stamping department: our state of the art stamping department has more capacity than any carton plant on the West Coast, perhaps all of North America! Our three Kluge’s, one 40” Bobst BMA and one 50” Bobst BMA give us both small and large format platen stamping capabilities. If that weren’t enough
, we recently installed a high speed 41” rotary Bobst Steuer stamping press. This rotary press gives us the capability of running heavy solids and fine detailed stamping at speeds around 10,000 sheets per hour!

Again, by keeping the stamping process in house, we eliminate extended production schedules, quality issues, and increased costs.
