1914
Union Label Co. Earliest Known Records
1922
Union Label purchased by George Keyser. Company’s main focus was Rigid Boxes.
1924
Renamed Utah PaperBox Co. 144 West 200 South
1946
UPB Moved to 340 West 200 South.
1967
Added East Side Addition to 340 West.
1977
Moved Rigid into second East Side addition to 340 West.
1982
First 4 Color Press
1984
Moved Rigid into new North Salt Lake Building.
1990’s
Shifted to 85% Folding Cartons.
1992
Moved Finishing into a newly remodeled former 7up bottling factory at 959 South 800 West.
1998
Roland 707 Installed.
1999
Direct to plate purchased.
Started Litho Laminated Corrugated Boxes.
2002
Roland 907 Installed; First 56" 7 color press west of the Mississippi.
2005
Roland 707+ Installed; UPB's first all UV and Perfecting Press.
2007
Construction Begins on New Rigid Building.
2008
Paul Keyser becomes Chairman of the Board. Steve Keyser becomes President.
Moved into new Rigid Building.
2009
Began producing Solar Power & implementing other sustainability tactics.
2010’s
Added Cold Foil and Digital Printing.
2011
Printing Building Construction Begins.
2012
Moved into new Printing Building.
2013
UPB becameLEED Gold Certified.
2014
UPB’s Celebrates its 100th Anniversary.
2022
New Heidelberg Speedmaster Installed.
2024
UPB became the first Electric Semi-truck owners in Utah.
